A railway buff!
Wade lives here is the park and in addition to being a master carpenter he loves his trains. When he bought here he turned a flower garden into a a railroad garden! Hard to see the details in my photos but he has it all, bears, fish (now real ones), a cemetery with headstones, hobos, a coke truck, bridges, tunnels, a church, cottages, etc. It even is lit up at night. The scenes are constantly changing and a delight to all who walk past.

way to cool!! nice hobby
LOVED WADE’S TRAIN SET UP. HOW DOES HE KEEP IT DRY WHEN YOU HAVE ALL THAT RAIN AND SNOW?
We don’t!! We allow all the elements of the train yard to weather naturally. The track is made of brass and a special plastic that is not affected by the weather. Most of the buildings are made from plastics as well. The buildings made of wood will require maintenance over time, but that just adds to their charm. The train can run during the winter and we have a plow attached to an engine that can clear the track of light snowfalls. We enjoy the garden railway year round and any extra maintenance that it requires because of rain or snow is well worth the effort to maintain it.
