omg! Oh My God! OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!
Who knew that a sip of vino blanco could be so very very painful? Late in the afternoon a day or so ago Colin and I were sitting around discussing something ( I can’t remember what ) when I took a sip of wine and screamed…..
this bee was in my glass and bit my tongue!!!
I am allergic to bee stings so right away tried to scrape off the stinger if it in fact was still there…..
my achy breaky tongue.....
…after scraping the tongue with a credit card to clean it of stingers I then sat with an ice cube in my mouth for an hour or so. Of course Colin poured me a ‘fresh’ glass of wine which helped the pain go away. It was a great excuse for a take out dinner!!

Boy you can sure get into trouble without even trying, but at least a happy ending, more wine and a nice take out dinner.
