Mexico security idea #2…

…in addition to my suggestion of bringing along a motion security light….how about an air horn?  Yup, just a regular sports type of air horn.  I can see it coming in as a useful security alert device to other Rvers in your park in case of  a night emergency.  You might want to devise a system to the blasts, i.e. one blast could be for a medical emergency, three quick blasts could be for a red alert security issue.  You decide.

Don’t forget to check out my September posts re the various bug sprays for humans and pets, etc.

I also will post any travel updates as soon as I get them.  One set of friends is crossing about the 13 th of October and another a week or so later.  Of course I will post details of our crossing on October 30th.

Just found this out…as of August 2010 you can no longer purchase antibiotics in Mexico over the counter.  You now need a Dr’s prescription.

Thank you for all your research and efforts concerning your blog
postings. It has been so very helpful!
Now it is a concern re the no over-the-counter sale of anti-biotics.
