I am writing this to allay fears of family and friends. Because of the devastating 8.9 earthquake in Japan we here  in Mazatlan and on the Isla, are on alert for a tsunami.  We are not overly concerned because we are somewhat protected by the tip of the Baja but we are still on alert. […]
