FOR SALE !
Life is short. We have decided to sell where we are now and to build a new home on our lake property. Rather than wait for the market to pick up we have priced this place to sell ASAP!!
We have listed with the realty company here at Holiday Park Resort, click here for the listing. That means you Mom!! We have thought about this for a few years but were waiting for the right time. Last weekend we decided to make it the right time so we have been busy working on the listing, taking photos and making sure that everything was as close to perfect as possible. Somehow we even managed to do three showings on our own, people who stopped and looked at the For Sale sign and were obviously interested. “Come on in folks!” Everyone loves our huge yard and of course the views.
See they tiny FOR SALE in red in front of my car. As you can see we aren't above using the car to get people to stop and look.
Just got a call, we have a showing tomorrow, Wednesday and another on Thursday. With all of our positive thinking and hopefully yours we should be getting an offer by Sunday evening!
Meanwhile Colin is busy designing our new home…….fun, fun and a few headaches as to the where and how!
When we decide to do something, it gets DONE!!!

Good luck on the sale, you might have to stay in Canada this winter to wrap things up???
The showings went well, the good news is that both of these people intend to move into this Resort but both have places to sell first. Just like us the first place has to sell be fore being able to move on.
Not to worry George, nothing will stop us from heading south.

Good luck with the sale of your Park Home. Hope it gets picked up quick. Kevin is still trying to sell his Mom’s condo, but I don’t think we will have it sold before we leave. The market in Ottawa isn’t the best at the moment for condos. We will be keeping our eyes open to see how things move along for you.

Hola Kevin, well things are slow here also market wise but we have priced our place to sell. We have had 7 showings in 7 days which is amazing. Hope your Mom’s place sells soon.
