Life is a choice!
As we were walking along the beach this morning, we once again reflected on how fortunate we were to be here, right here, right now. The girls caught two crabs and were happy. We were happy just listening to the waves, watching the various birds along the shore and in the air and feeling the hot sun on our backs. It brought to mind a small magazine article I had read years ago. In fact we have had it framed and it is on a wall in the RV. I may have shared this with you before, can’t remember, not important but is does bear repeating.

Ah, what an interesting thought.
That really says it all, We never had much money and need even less to live our dream, we are so lucky to be able to do this!
And thats the way it is…
Thank you so much for this. I have heard, and repeated that story many times, but not with the quality of that article. It is very clearly a version I want to keep. And hopefully try to live by the teachings. Hmm, maybe unbridled western style capitalism isn’t what the world needs?
And thank you for the Spanish Word of the Day link on the side of your blog. I just discovered that. Great.
I love that story, I have heard it before, not sure if it was here or not but now truier words could be said. I don’t know why so many people think they need so much money to be happy!

Contessa. I think we have all seen that one before and thanks for showing me again. We sometimes seem to forget the important stuff.
