Que pasa ~ final week….

Did you say lobster?

Not only delivered to your door ~ LIVE ~ but also cleaned and ready to cook, only 100 pesos per kilo!

While Caeli gets her beauty sleep...well hey she is almost always sleeping..

...Carmeh is surveying her kingdom! She seldom rests during the day. Note to self....leave a space in front flower bed next November, so Carmeh has a spot to sit.

Have I mentioned how much we love Mexico? Every evening at sunset a fisherman ( fellow to the left bent over ) puts out his net and returns early in the morning to pull it in. Whoever is passing stops and helps. It just happens, the fellow on an ATV, the man driving the tractor, someone strolling past. They all come together as a community, help bring in the net, then carry with their day. We see this time and time again, it is as natural as breathing to help each other.

Nothing is wasted, what the fisherman don't keep, the birds get fed.

Yes, that is me, fresh from bed, just watching the scene out front. Colin and the girls are just hanging out on the beach with the fisherman and then the horses come past and then the day begins to unfold...

It's going to be another day in paradise!

Colin decided to pass on his old pith helmet to Miguel, just so a wee bit of him stays here on the Isla!

We decided to have our final night out Friday at Tio Juan's. Restaurant. Yummy lobster soup, the best ever! A great view of the entire Isla beach.

Inquiring minds want to know……why there is a sleeping bag/air mattress beside your table on the beach?? Perhaps in case of one too many cervazas, Colin???
