I grilled a whole salmon once on the cedar plank..I soaked the cedar plank over night…regardless everything still caught fire…what a mess..here I was trying to be impressive for company grilling a whole salmon…I did manage to salvage it and finish it off in the oven…glad you took some time to relax….
Saw in your blog the pics of the salmon on the BBQ. Where do you buy
the planks? and Colin maybe you could give instructions on the BBQ
routine.
