We are moved in!
Moved in but not settled in. Colin's jobs are piling up ( thank goodness as in $$$ ) and he is out more than in. I have been spending my days dealing with who else but the trades!!! Yes still seeing those guys. Between 3 and 6 per day but most days 5, first one yesterday arrived at 8AM and the last one left at 9PM!!! Then we get dinner and I fall into bed. Everything is coming together but so very very slowly. Our fantastic view gets me through it.
There are things happening behind the scenes that make coping difficult and then losing my entire inbox in the computer did not help nor did a piece of furniture arriving damaged, big sigh. But we are very very slowly getting there.
Not sure when we will get to Mexico, certainly later than desired.
One day the stained glass window will arrive or so we hope and then there will be privacy in our bathroom. Heck I can't even use the toilet when the trades are here.
This has been the longest I have ever gone without posting and I will endeavour not to let it happen again. Besides I have all kinds of stories and photos to share with you.

That tub looks pretty awesome. Oh wait.
Congratulations on moving in!
There, got that out of the way.
We were just the other day having a brief discussion on whether we want to keep a tub when we continue with our home renos (ya, we’re not done)
My wife’s biggest concern is being able to get out of the thing again.
Personally, I don’t think it’s that big a deal.
Of course, we could sell our house….
But then we’d have to move. I don’t think that’s gonna happen. Besides, we have to move back from Europe first. One thing at a time.
Got snow tires on that motorhome?
Bob…..snowtires….shudder! Yes the tub is awesome, I was just going to put in a shower but so glad we added the tub.
Susie…..got your email and thanks. Maybe we can get a hot tub installed at Tres Amigos!
Jannose…I am, used it 3 times now.
Longdog…..I had to push for the 15 minutes.
Robert…..the jets make the bubbles really thick.
Mary…..twas mi amore.
Elaine….Colin of course….the problem is that the window is still open to the outside so I have to be careful re time of day bathing, etc.
Connie….used Avon bubble bath but very very little…..the jets make them froth!
Marty….thanks…..for certain I will recover in Mexico and be into enjoyment when we get back here in April.
Danshula…..funny you ask….I did give them a bath in the bath right after!!
George…hmmm, bath bubbles and wine bubbles and candles and………got the picture?
Pat…..it was AM but I might try it tonight with the vino of course.
Good to hear your still OK!! Just sent a e-mail.. Love your tub, that,s what I miss the must when were in Maz. CHEERS!!!!
Looks pretty relaxing! Enjoy!
Ooh, a riske photo. lol. When you have a tub with bubbles like that, it is simply sacreligious to spend only 15 minutes in it no matter how busy you are. It is all going to be lovely and worth the effort.
ooh what happen if the bubbles goes away ??????
so who is hanging from the ceiling taking the photo? Very riske you are lol
ok I gotta ask who took the picture 🙂 hope you spent more than 15 mins in that tub…
Wow…things are looking rather ‘risque’ over at the Jewell household! just hope the Colin was the photographer. Where’s the wine glass?
SPLISH, SPLASH! Contessa was taking a bath! WOW, what did you use to get all those suds/bubbles??? Love the corner tub – enjoy!!!
Glad you’re still kicking! Hopefully you’ll get all that extra stuff done soon and can just enjoy your new home.
Did you have the “girls” there with you??
Looks Good.
Thats good that you are finally moved in, looking good. Now more bubble baths would be great!
