Doing okay!
The girls and I are doing just fine on our own. In fact I got a stack of paperwork completed yesterday. Progress. We even got 12 hours of sleep last night. Refreshing.
This morning I started the day with an hour soak in my tub with a good book. Other than an hour passing too swiftly and my bubbles overflowing onto the floor it was a perfect morning.
I forgot to mention yesterday that the Canada Geese seem to have all flown south. Haven't seen or heard any for a few days now. Lots of local ducks hang about though. They will stay for the winter. We did have some visiting ducks of various types pass through but they have also departed.
This should prove to be interesting over the next few days.
We did have frost this morning and it was very cool. I had both the furnace and the fireplace turned. I can keep it warmer than normal which is how we girls prefer it. Once Colin gets home he will turn it down!
They had to cuddle to stay warm while the house warmed up.
There was a wee bit of snow at the top this morning as the clouds started to fill the valley.
Now at noon, you might say we are clouded in. I bet there is some snow activity happening up there.
