Trick or treat ???

Which is it?

We have been waiting and waiting for something to happen which in turn affects our D’ Day.  Just found out that others (those is the high seats of authority ) have known for the past several days that that particular event was not going to happen before the spring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I dub that the trick.  So why not tell me????  Me who is the one affected!!

So what is the treat?  Just possibly that we might be able to take matters into our own hands and plan our own D’ Day.  Colin is in Seattle, unfortunately wrangling with a chiropractor which leaves me to handle all of this mess.  He has to stay an extra day which changes things but perhaps there will be a good treat when he returns.  He never shuts his cell off but did for this trip so he has no idea what has happened.

On the other hand, we just bought our Mexico Travel Insurance to begin effective Nov. 15th as we figured that was the earliest we just possibly might get away.  It is 8 nights on the road from here to the Isla so we could just possibly leave as soon as we are ready but……..Colin has sort of committed to a few photo shoots…..so all is up in the air!!!  Again, on the other hand, we could just try to be at the Mexican border early AM Nov. 15th and on our site on the Isla by Nov. 17th???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????

So is it a trick or a treat?  Once we figure it all out, you will be one of the first to know.  I’m pushing towards the treat side of the situation.

Wouldn’t ya just like to slap some people some times?
I suppose not knowing that this event won’t happen until spring can be categorised as a “First World problem”, but it’s annoying just the same.

Love the sign that Mommio is holding by the way. Awesome!
