She's here….
…my baby sister Lise arrived from Edmonton yesterday. I am the oldest and there is another sister and a brother born between us. My parents had 4 kids in 9.5 years!! Lise is here for an eight day visit.
This little soldier was waiting to meet his Mom arriving on the same flight.
But Lise made it through the gate first. Her flight was about 20 minutes late plus customs took another half hour. She was glad to have made it through as she was carrying all kinds of extra supplements for me and toys for the bird.
It is fun seeing the Isla through the eyes of someone who has never been to Mexico before. The flowers made the largest impression and then of course the beach. We got back to our place just before sunset and as all the beach goers were heading back to Mazatlan.

Lots to see and absorb.
Someone earlier in the day had drawn this heart on the beach and Caeli chose that as her sitting spot to watch the sunset.
A few glasses of vino, a great view and then dinner and early to bed, well at least for me. Lise relaxed in front of the TV while Colin played his guitar outside.
Caeli is wondering who is sleeping on the sofa! Even the bird flew down to check it out.
Sadly it is overcast this morning but the sun is really trying to come out. We should still get up to 24C but I wish the conditions were more perfect. I think today will just be a relaxing day at home before the touring starts.

Love your photos today – that little boy is adorable – the one of sisters hugging brought tears to my eyes – you can feel the love – and that Caeli is a hoot! Enjoy each and every minute with your sister – I see many fun memories being made this week!
