Long weekend in Mexico

Tuesday, Feb. 5th is the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Mexican Constitution.  So all banks and schools are closed tomorrow (Monday) so that everyone gets a long weekend. We had many more beach visitors yesterday.

This is about half of the one family that enjoyed the beach out front yesterday.

I watched their fun from inside as I am trying to stop the development of my cold.  So far so good.  I had made a huge crock pot of minestrone soup yesterday so that will keep us going for a few days.

Someone had a huge party way down the beach towards Mazatlan last night.  I was glad that they finally stopped the music at 2AM.  Had I been feeling better I might have walked down to check out the action.

Unedited spectacular beauty!

Wow, what a beautiful sunset …. as usual !!

Sorry to hear about your cold. There are quite a few sickies in our park right now, too !!

Teresa and I are beginning to understand what you meant when you said it is NOT warm enough in the southern states.

As soon as the sun sets, we have to hurry to our rig, and listen to the heater all evening.

It is starting to get a little annoying, but I know it will get better soon.

Gosh, in Regina it was -30c and now I am complaining about the cool evenings here …. sheesh …lol.

    Take care … TnT
