Lots of fishing on the Isla
There is always something happening here on the Isla. How can one become bored? So much to see, to do and just to experience, the tide far out or in, always a changing scene. This morning it is overcast with expectations of clearing skies later in the day. Yesterday it was almost too hot to sit in the sun.
The net has been cast.
Time to bring it in. Often people just walking down the beach stop to help and they are usually rewarded with a fish or two for their help.
They start training the fisherman young here on the Isla.
A very physical task.
These fish were too big for even the pelicans to grasp.
Off to the market. A profitable day!

We always enjoyed watching them bring nets full of fish, just amazing to watch.
