Just waiting….
Not a great day today.
Oh the weather is practically perfect with a high of 30C. But it is too hot for me with these heavy compression stockings on my legs. They go from my toes to the tops of my thighs and no matter how light of a sun dress I put on I am still uncomfortable. I am waiting for these stockings to come off.
I am also waiting to see if my new rash as of this morning will develop into hives, yet again! Yes the rash came back. Again it was 48 hours after the first vein treatment. I guess I am waiting to see what the Dr. will say. Worse case is that she will cancel my final vein injections due next Monday and Tuesday. In that case I can take my stockings off!! Sigh! It is not suppose to be this hot here this early in the season, but it is what it is.
Most importantly I am waiting to hear from my family in Edmonton. My Mom was taken to hospital by ambulance early this morning. Dad said she just wasn’t doing well when he woke her up and kept rolling her eyes back in her head!! There is something happening in Edmonton, Dad was not too clear. But is seems that most of the Emergency Departments in the hospitals across the city are not taking any patients as the hospitals are full. Apparently Mom sat ( likely she was lying on the ambulance gurney ) until 1230 noon today before she was admitted into a bed in the ER at the University Hospital. Still no news.
…so I am just waiting!

Its been quite hot here but getting very cold for a few days now, maybe you too.
