What did you do yesterday?
Did you do anything to celebrate Valentines Day? Did you just stay home and nest? Did you treat yourself to something special?
Colin and I had no real plans for the day other than to open that bottle of champagne left over from the Tommie Awards. Here we are later into the next day and that bottle still has not been opened. The day took on it’s own plan.
I walk through my garden every morning to discover what has changed. The morning of the 14th I realized that for the first time all winter I only had one hibiscus bloom.
A boat came in with a red hull. Very pretty, but it was only there for 24 hours.
We decided to go to Letys for BBQ dorado only to find a wedding reception in progress.
We were happy for the bride and groom ( and did not intrude with a tourist photo of them both ). However we were unable to dine there.
So we moved further up the beach where they were about to close but graciously accommodated us.
We had a great Valentines dinner on the beach.
Saw this disgarded heart on the beach as we wandered home.
Then this red tractor passed us by. Seems like my camera seemed to capture the red, pink and love of the day.
