I am slowing down and finally finding moments here and there to catch up on my blog reading. Not quite done yet but within a day or two. Always something to deal with. Our water softener has packed it in as well as a cracked bushing on our filter system. Fortunately Colin was able to find a new bushing right here on the Isla, rather amazing 😛
It was a two ( large ) cruise ship day but the beach was not busy.
However, the boy band as we call them still made a loud appearance. The great thing is, is that this group really does appear to love music despite how very loud they are 🙁
A late lunch a El Velero with Mike, Michael & Rochelle and us. Gotta love those margaritas.
Back home to see the restaurant next door, Cordone’s, work at getting their boat back onto the water.
The tide got the better of them today.
With some effort they did get back into the ocean.
This wee one was out for a stroll with her Mom but did stop and offered up a few waves to me.
Caeli was sitting on my lap so the following shots were taken from my not so perfect vantage point.
A sunset taken through our side fence, kinda of a different perspective.
I’m sure that some of you are tired of this view…
Yet others enjoy it as we do.
Colin and his best girl, Carmeh.

Every sunset if different, no two the same and almost always amazing.
I totally agree with you.
can’t wait until we see the sunsets again – but it will be a bit as we are going to spend some time getting there. The Cow Palace sure is getting expensive since we started going there- used to be able to get a good steak for $10 now they are 25 – we had sandwiches there yesterday.
Looking forward to seeing you when you arrive.
Always love the photographs as well as the daily activities. We hope to be in the warmth soon in our trip to Texas, now in Puducah, KY – was 28F last night, burrr!
Thank you. You certainly need to hit that warm belt soon. I remember how cold we were in Ely, Nevada a month ago.
Love the sunset pictures but love seeing the “real thing” as the sun sets beyond the water in Mazatlan.
You are right Sandy, seeing the sunsets here in person are the best of the best.
Contessa, I think you know that I am one of those who love your sunset pictures, and I really like the one taken through your side fence. Of course, I always like the ones of you guys and your sweet girls, Carmeh and Caeli. 🙂
I know that you enjoy them Cat, I just wish that you could be here beside me to enjoy a few of them along with a glass or two of vino.
Your “not so perfect vantage point” looks pretty darned perfect to me! aaaahhhh….
If only I could wiggle my nose like Samantha from I Dream of Jeannie and have you here right now. How can you miss the 3rd annual bloggers conference?
