Que pasa
As I sit inside writing this it is 85.2F while outside in the shade I see we are at 82.5F. Humidity is about 65% and we are still climbing in temperature to 30C/86F plus the humidity factor. The gravel in the sun is too hot for the girls to walk on. When we take them to the beach we carry them to the wet sand so they don’t burn their pads. The locals are complaining about the heat, already.
I think I take too many pictures. I spent this morning editing photos and scaling down the number to post. Right now I have enough for 5 posts but I am going to combine a few just to make it easier on me. The good news is that I once again got my inbox down to 27 from just over 100. In all honesty I would rather be outside but this needs to be done also. Still lots of time to enjoy the day. I did finish a novel yesterday which I enjoyed. We all arrive with some books and then pass them around. Not many here read on a device. We seem to prefer to hold real paper in our hands.
Just had 2 RV’s pull in. We now only have one open spot in RV1. Last week we had 3 large 5th wheels pull into RV2, their first time here on the Isla and they plan to spend 2 – 3 weeks here. The migration has begun, these 5 RV’s are all heading North from Lo de Marcos.
The waves are smaller now, almost high tide….thinking about going in for a swim 😛

Perhaps your little iguana/lizard likes spicy flowers? He is, after all, a local. Stay cool! Even if that means the occasional icecube in your wine.
Hey Cheap Chick, how are you out there on Vancouver Island? I think I created the monster, he was happy with regular flavored flowers and now he likes the hot stuff. I am cutting back on the cayenne.
Nice that the temps are warming up, we are missing southern AZ right now but will be back on the 11th.
I’m sure that you are. Thanks for checking in, I know you are busy with the funeral arrangements for Suzies Mom. Thinking of you both especially today.
Our girls can still walk on the rocks here but we are definitely warming way up above normal. I can understand why you have so many pictures. So many beautiful things.
Thank you Sandie. What a strange winter it has been weather wise. I do wonder what the future holds.
Enjoy the temps while you can! We are heading to LA today and on Tuesday it’s back to the rain in the lower mainland. Bah!
OMG! Already! Well at least you did have a great vacation while in Mexico but the time seemed to fly by.
Awww Contessa, I love the pic of you and the girls walking on the beach. Does Carmeh get to walk a bit yet or just go along for the ride?
Your little monster looks like he’s laughing at you in both of your pics. Too bad you can’t get some kind of a little trap and lure him in with one of your hibiscus flowers and then move him to another location. 😉
As usual, I love all of your sunset pictures. 🙂
Thank you so much my friend. I quite like the photo of us walking the beach with the dog buggy. When Carmeh was bad we went about 5 – 6 days with no walking. Then we added just a bit of walking. After 4 days she was walking short walks which is what we are still doing.
I have spent hours online trying to figure out how to trap iguanas, bottom line, it is pretty much impossible.
What a great mix of photos. Very enjoyable.
Thank you Kathie, I really appreciate you taking the time to comment.
What a nice smile that little rascal has – think he is saying YUM! As always so enjoy your photos.
I agree Sandy, yum in capital letters. Glad you keep enjoying my photos.
Lovely pictures and really like that crown of thorns plant.. cool!!!
