Starting to slow down
We have been starting each day with a long beach walk but at 7AM due to the heat.
Yesterday we were able to sit out and watch the ocean and the beach activity. So nice to be back to our breakfast fruit plate. The papaya and pineapple are top notch.
For the third time in a month I started the same book but after 40 pages I just wanted to sit and enjoy the view.
Can you imagine having to push this heavy cart up and down the beach each day to make a living?
I have to admit to being two days behind in my posts. So today I just skipped to yesterdays events and over the next few days I will catch you up on what you missed. We went shopping Wednesday for plants and this is one of my five new hibiscus. I had no idea what color it would be as I bought for height and for bushiness.
Caeli like to hang out with me where as Carmeh hangs with Colin.
The sunset last night was a true gift of nature. The only color was as the sun slipped behind El Faro then it quickly went to a dull grey sky. I was fortunate to be able to capture it as I sat in my chair with a glass of vino. The perfect end to another long day.

Love the pics. Would be a great place to heal if only I was able to make the drive down. Will have to wait for another day. Should be cooling as our weather in AZ is getting cooler fast.
