We did manage to get Christmas put up

Colin thinks that my photos are not very good but until he takes some himself this is it.  We did this about a week ago.

We used to put up 3 or 5 trees so when we started RVing I picked a selection of our favorite ornaments to travel with us, some of which I had made myself over the years.

We listen to Christmas music as we decorate. Colin first puts up the colored lights on his own by his choice.  Then we add the ornaments.

That night was of of those seven non sunset nights.

The stockings for the 5C’s have been hung.  I knit those many years ago.

Our dog ornament collection along with a photo of Carmeh and Caeli in the background.  There are a few penguins in there as well.

This was a gift to us years ago and we have finally started to use it. Are you still out there Julie?  Thank you again.

We have had this wee tree for years.  I love how the outside white faerie lights add the overall photo.

Perhaps too many photos but I love Christmas.

A bit of our outside look.

Colin’s piece of art now has some back lighting.

The entrance to our site from the back of the RV.

It is not quite this bright but it certainly is well lit.

Did I mention that I love Christmas 🙄  During all of this decorating we are listening to French Christmas carols.  They are so much more melodic than the English ones.

Contessa, the twined lights on the outside red poles at night gives them a look of candy canes. Just can’t have Christmas without red and white candy canes. The 5 outside Christmas stockings for the 5Cs are beautiful; there is nothing more meaningful than decorating with stockings made with your own hands. A close friend of mine, who has now passed on years ago, crocheted me 6 white doves and 6 white snow flakes for a Christmas gift, and I will always treasure them each Christmas. Everything looks so beautiful.
