Dec 31, 2017
We started Dec 30th with our beach walk and picked up a selection of sand dollars.
Saw these crazy people fall off their ATV. He was trying to do tricks and they both fell onto their backs. Hopefully they realize how fortunate they are that they did not get hurt.
We decided to kick up our heels and head into the Plazuela Machado to see the lights and the activities. We are doing it again tonight.
I never tire of the lights and watching everyone having a great time.
We enjoyed our dinner at La Tramoya and our walk(s) around the square.
Lot of lights along the shipping channel. We were home by 11PM. Tonight I don’t expect us to be home before 1AM.

It was nice to see you and Colin at La Tramoya last night. We were celebrating Steve’s cousin’s husband’s birthday. Let’s meet for dinner some quiet night — when we can hear each other. It was fun to see all the activity though.
By the way, I started my own blog a month or so ago, mostly to keep in touch with members of the Blue Church who are away and want to stay connected. You can find it at rebeccaellenson.com

Happy new year!
I can start my countdown to Mazatlan now – 3 months to go.
We will be staying close to Topolos…almost across the street. We keep saying we’ll eat there sometime so maybe this year we will.
Vaya Con Dios!!!
I hope you had a Merry Christmas and all the best for 2018!
