Sio many wonderful memories you have a pictures to look at.
Yes we had thousands of old photos. So very special.
Fond memories I’m sure. I love how they sleep travelled in the RV.
Within a few minutes of starting off, they assumed their positions and slept until the next stop or until they let us know that they had to go!
My late father still rides on the dash of The Van. Or rather the last pair of work-gloves used by my hands-on, always-got-a-project-going, lifelong camper of a dad ride on the dash where he can keep an eye out and share in my on-road adventures.
And to keep him company I’ve tucked a few ashes from The Wife and I’s Siberian Husky ‘Ghost’ (he would have been 31 this year) in the fingers of one of those gloves.
You’d think the pair would be pretty quiet travel companions, but there are times when I can hear the both of them.
How very special. I love how you hear the conversations. I speak to my Dad all the time in my head. Life is so very interesting. Thank you very much for sharing this, it means a lot to me. I also thank you for taking the time to make this comment.
Cutie pies!
..and they loved you both!
PRECIOUS MEMORIES. FOR SOME REASON, LAST NIGHT I ONLY HAD THE VERY FIRST PHOTO AND NO OTHERS. DECIDED TO CHECK AGAIN TODAY AND THERE WERE MANY MORE.
