Don’t want to leave you hanging
Thanks you so much for all of your comments and support. What a crazy few weeks what with Mommio passing away. This past Monday would have been her 105th. The last 24 hours have been hectic. Got an email yesterday from friends who have decided that they are having too many RV issues and have headed back home to BC 😯 and plan to spend the winter there. They have been RVing to Mexico as long as we have, perhaps a few years longer. We plan to keep limping along.
I have spent about 4 – 5 hours each day researching parts and getting them ordered. Two came in today and a big one should come in tomorrow. More about those later.
Today we needed to pick up our final wine supply so that Colin can get them packed into the basement. They go in first for obvious reasons.
We need a mental lift and are thinking about heading our for dinner despite it being 47F right now. I will let you know tomorrow the que pasa of it all.

getting parts ordered and stocked up is a good thing , hope the rrdy of you your to
A good thing but we aren’t over the hump yet.
That is a bunch of stuff to happen all at once. Hoping a good night of sleep will leave you well rested to deal with the problems one at a time. I think the weather is to warm up somewhat in LV and that, too, will help. You can handle this stuff and you have a great partner to help you. Sending big hugs to you both.
Yes a bunch of stuff but we are getting through it. We both had a great sleep last night perhaps thanks to your thoughts. You are such a great friend.
When it rains it pours as they say. Perhaps this means that you will have a completely troublefree winter? fingers and toes crossed for you. And maybe have a couple of margaritas tonight 🙂
We usually are trouble free on the Isla, so fingers crossed.
EVERYTHING WILL COME TOGETHER AS IT USUALLY DOES AFTER ALL THE FRUSTRATION, ANXIETY AND WORRY. AT LEAST YOU CAN STILL BE IN YOUR “HOME”. YOU WILL MAKE IT TO YOUR ISLA. HOPEFULLY YOU’LL STILL BE ABLE TO STOP HERE FOR A “DELIVERY” BUT IF YOU DON’T, IT’S NOT THE END OF THE WORLD.
WE ARE 68 RIGHT NOW BUT SUNDAY WILL BE UP TO 82 WHICH IS CLOSER TO OUR NORMAL TEMP FOR THIS TIME OF THE YEAR. THEN I THINK WE’LL BE IN THE HIGH 70S. IF WE COULD JUST TURN OFF THE WIND, IT WOULD FEEL EVEN WARMER.
SOON YOU WILL BE HEADING SOUTH AGAIN. HUGS TO YOU BOTH.
No worries, we will be seeing you.
Oooo u DO need soul food!!! AND that is a huge bottle of wine!!
:))
No more belt squeak and new tires but…Eric got Connie’s cold! It will get better for you when it gets warm?
Oh no. At least you are on the road. Distant hugs to Eric.
