Friday morning after more air drying we discovered that there is just the one section of the patio that has bubbles and a few are beginning to open. Colin has decided to just leave it as is and see how bad it becomes. Perhaps we can pretend that we don’t see it.
Everyday we do a bit more. Colin is doing the brunt of the work but I do what I can. I planted one large pot of kale and another of Swiss chard plus three small pots of Portulaca seeds.Today ( in real time Sunday ) I am on day 6 of my cold. I am much better but it is still with me. We have added carpets and opened everything that came from storage. Not all in place yet but we know what we still have to deal with.
The above project was related to wrapping our ever growing palm in mini LED lights. 30 meters/99feet holds 300 LED fairy lights that are very bright. There was a short that Colin needed to fix.
All those lights fit into a tiny box ( 4″ x 4″ x 3″ ) and take up so very little space. A great decorating idea for the holidays plus this string plugs in. All for $20.00. Here is the link and they come in many colors.
Every year since we started RVing, over twenty years ago, I write a daily travel dairy. This is in addition to the blog that I started writing almost ten years ago. Once book for each trip and I still have them all. So much happened to us this trip that it took many more pages each day to write down all that had happened. I was stunned to realize that I only have 8 pages that have not been used. Fortunately I have a special angel who is going to bring me another for when we head home. I really hope that I won’t fill it.
These are from Friday’s sunset.
Truely outstanding.
Preview of our decorated palm.
I am working on getting caught up to real time for each post. Almost there.

I love the lights on your palm tree and that is good news about the paint, hopefully, it will mostly last this season for you. Glad you are starting to feel better.
We love the palm lights and all of our others which are not quite complete yet. I give my cold another day and it better be gone or else!! Well perhaps another margarita will be in order:)
