A walk in the park
Yesterday we had so much rain and it was cool. Today was a mix of sun and cloud but still cool. That just might be our new normal. Our garden is growing but not very fast. Last year we had tomatoes on some of our plants by now, but I haven’t had a single yellow tomato flower. About ten days ago on a sunny day I snapped some photos for your while on one of our walks. I plan to make these photos into two posts as there are so many. Hope you enjoy these.
When was the last time you saw a trunk like this? Great idea as a planter.
I turned the corner and there was this splash of colour.

I think that this couple did a wonderful job with their 5th wheel and add a room.
I haven’t seen bleeding hearts in a long time. Combined with the lilac tree it made for a lovely tableau.
There were irises just a bit further in.
A lovely Japanese garden. The owner trims his plants with scissors. You have to come visit to check this one out. Many more statues and everything is placed and manicured so precisely.
I appreciate the effort but personally this Snow White frightens me.
So many unique looks at every home.

It’s about time.
That is one of the things we love about living here, everyone landscapes their sites differently and decorates them as well. We have rules to follow but I think it is nice place to live.
Yes, Snow White looks more possessed than angelic. That Japonese garden is simply fantastic!
It is a really neat garden. When my parents would visit it my Mom would go just to enjoy it. She was into all things Japanese.
Dogs do so many things better than we humans do. Like unconditional love.
I miss my girls so much. What a world we are living in these days.
Poor Snow White she does look…..well, I am not sure how she looks…..

It was fun taking the photos as I was intent on looking for different images and it made me really look around me.
Love your flower pictures…we in Alberta are just getting some blooms and the trees are in flower…I enjoy your blog a lot but have never told you so…I am a senior from high river but because of the virus have been at my son’s and his wife for 2 months ,,,I intend to return to my seniors manor later this month…Marlene
