A different camera

Colin decided to pull out his non professional camera a few days ago which is what we used when we traveled in Europe. It is a Canon SX60HS. A bigger lens and much sharper than my everyday point and shoot Canon SX620HS.

Not only do we feed the hummingbirds and the orioles but Colin provides drinking water and apparently bathing water for all the other birds. The dish is only 10″ in diameter. There are five birds in this shoot. The girls are good with the birds bathing not too far from them and the birds don’t seem to mind.  They only chase doves which is okay with me as they eat the orioles food.

This camera gets some neat photos from further away. Carlie.

Ciela.

Love our girls.

Awesome action shots of the birds in the birdbath!

    Amazing pictures 🙂
Good job on the girls not scaring the birds.
Sequoia loves chasing the magpies but the birds play right along with her. It’s cute to see.

  3. Excellent photos, but then I would expect nothing less from Colin 🙂 Mexico must be so colourful now, so keep those photos coming.

It is colourful but at the same time is can be dirty and dusty and we have to endure the smell of the waste water plant depending how the wind is blowing.
