Play date!
Last Sunday, June 12th, the girls had a play date with their friend Shawney and two other dachshunds were also invited that they did not know. However each and every doxie are friends, they love each other. There is a bond between the breed.
Our girls on the left then a new dude to the group, Cooper. He is not fixed and is very interested in Shawney ( to the right ) who may or may not be in heat. Her Mom is not ready to breed her yet.
It wasn’t long before Shawney had her female parts covered just in case. Ciela is so very submissive.
There were five ladies and Colin. That is Gunner in front with a right blue eye. So very pretty.
They all love to run and chase. Note that the three girls are in the lead. Our two girls and Shawney are only four months apart in age and all three weight 8.8 lbs so they are well matched.
A lovely yard for adults and pups alike.

Hmm pups are getting tired. One on my lap and two up on the porch with Colin.
Close to two hours later we took our two home. As you can see they were exhausted. They ere asleep before we even left the driveway. I am sure that they had a great time.

Oh my, I bet that was a lot of craziness right there. Looks like the girls had a blast!
Craziness is a good choice of word.

Good catch. Gunner’s owner is from Boise. I believe that they have been here for a few years.
