We are still here.. blog by Senor Colin, first time, bumbling thru blog directions, Contessa is sleeping
Well … we are still here. End of the world, we waited, had cnn on, had the motorhome ready to back up and hit the road in a hurry and waited and waited.
We did hear a ground blast similar to a bomb but nothing came of it. Maybe a car backfire???
Finally it was wine time and time for diner. Special last day supper Pizza by Contessa included making the crust, chopping, cooking veggies, adding mucho queso chihuahua and baking. The feature movie was Annihilation Earth. However, after 35 minutes Contessa was bored, or done for the day so I ended up pouring her wine into my glass, doing the dishes and in 3 hours it will be Dec 22. Another unpredictable day in our casa. Possibly another bottle will be opened after I tuck my family into bed and the show will continue. So the picture below is our memory of our last day on ea
rth and we will see if it will be our reality tomorrow.
