A day on the Isla!

Yesterday was book club day.  Sadly it was only our second but yet final discussion of this season. Between people having colds and lots of visitors time just seemed to drift away.  Many are leaving early this year so we have decided to continue on next season with the books not yet discussed this year.  Those who will be joining us for the first time next winter can just pick a book of their choice and we will read it and discuss it.  Details to follow via email.

Yesterday we discussed Bel Canto by Ann Patchettt. A simple read but a complex story based on hostages and terrorists and the relationships they developed.

A book club or a food club. Forgot to get a photo of the great sangria I had made.

As they get older the girls are becoming cuddle pals. Hard to believe they will be 8 and 10 this year.

Found, one Christmas decoration! It just blends right in with the decor.

Still a few mantarays out in the water and this poor follow found one. Lifeguards to the rescue.

Tick tock, time is moving on and so to is the sun, now setting far to the right.
