OMG, we live in an unprotected fire area, that means the fire truck IS NEVER going to show up! When the temperatures climb, so does the anxiety! Sounds like the Forestry guys are working their butts off. our thoughts and prAyers are with you! So scarey, no control, nature in control!

      Janet……you understand our situation!

Rod…it should be okay depending on the winds later today.

      Elaine..for sure.

George…..we can drive the golf cart out of the park and away from fire. This time we had the car outside the park gates.

Marty….I don’t like thunderstorms as they bring lightening and the potential for yet another fire.

  2. Rod Williams says:

Stay safe. We saw the smoke from over here about 6:30 but didn’t know where the fire was. Hope everything’s going to be OK.

  3. Elaine says:

    oh wow stay safe….

  4. Take care and be safe there.
Just curious, where will you go in the golf cart?

Yikes! Stay safe, get out of there when they tell you. We get fires close, but there’s enough river/road/civilization around us it would have to get really bad before we would be evacuated. Thunderstorm warnings for this afternoon so I hope there’s some good rain involved. Pretty dry right now.
