….and more dorado!

After my blog yesterday on fish and fishing we received an email from some American friends.  We met this couple a few years ago online via Rv.net.  We have the same RV, we both have had them repainted, we have the same tow car (although Chuck uses a Jeep) and each have 2 dogs, one of whom has the same name. We finally met them in person last winter both here at Tres Amigos and in Teacapan.  Strangely enough we even ended up driving side by side down I8 one morning in Yuma at the end of last season!  This winter Chuck & Sandy are staying at an RV Park in the Lo de Marcos area. Here is Chuck’s story…

Well we have been out fishing again and once more a BIG one for us, especially when we are fishing out of a rubber boat (Zodiac)
The fishing has not been too good, we have been out and not caught anything, but just when we were running out of Snapper to eat, we caught this Dorado……………..Good on the grill!

It is tough living the retirement life, BUT someone has to!

    Wow, what a beautiful catch! My husband would be ecstatic, he loves to go fishing but he is the type that likes to go in the water with goggles and a spear gun. He scares me half to death with that thing but I guess it’s all worth it when you get a catch!
