…to the fullest 😎  That can mean less time for blogging among other things.
For those following our 2017 calendar, here is the shot for March, of course taken last season here on the Isla.
Last Sunday afternoon I had a blog reader, Colin, drop in for a wee visit. He and his wife, ?Sandra, were here for two nights as they headed back to Alberta. Colin has only been traveling to Mexico for a few years and had a lot of questions. Hopefully we will see them here yet again.
The next morning the girls were enjoying the warming sun coming in onto the dash.
Our sunsets have been just lovely but we were treated to an outstanding one last Monday.
Tuesday afternoon I was surprised by yet another blog reader dropping by. This is Carl from Calgary, Alberta who was only here at Tres Amigos for a few nights. As you can see we had a lot to talk about.
We also had a visit from our RV tech Eric that day. We had requested covers for the arms of our driving chairs as they have become a tad worn over the years.
They fit perfectly, like a glove. Much better than I had imagined.
Another wonderful sunset that night.
We have a new cruise ship in port this week from Monday to Thursday. This is the Carnival heading out.
We were in town today, amid the many ship passengers and came upon this wee guy.
He just happened to be hanging around one of the pastry tables in the mercado and was most intent on stealing pieces of this treat left on the table. Very cute indeed.
Late in the afternoon Carl and Sherry came by for a glass of wine and much chit chat. I took my fleece sweater off for this photo, it really has been cool the last few days. I have to day that this has been our coolest winter in our eight years here.
They retired at 50, eight years ago and have been RVing for 4 years now, the last two on the Baja and this winter here on the West Coast. They are movers and shakers and like to check everything out. We enjoyed discussing many travel destinations including their recent travels within Mexico these past weeks. Thanks to Sandy and Rex, longtime blog readers ( looks like we didn’t connect this winter ), for sending them our way. Be sure to check out their blog, yes they both work on it, called Sherry’s Travel Blog.
Our gift this evening from Mother Nature.
Nice to have lots of visitors along with those great sunsets!
Ruth
We have been blessed by both this last winter.
Living life to the fullest is doing what you enjoy every day.. keep having too much fun.
Life is good, that is for certain.
Living life is a good thing, I gave up trying to blog daily a long time ago when in frustration I took down my first blog and deleted everything.
I really feel the pressure to post because I have lots to say and tons of photos but living the good life takes time away from the computer. But I actually like being away from the computer.
Love the March pic of the girls and their shadows. 🙂
I thought that you would.
It’s been really cool here in AZ this year but going to be 90 next week. The girls look so cozy on the dashboard.
I think that you are going to enjoy the 90 degree temps. It has been a long cool winter.
P.S. I keep coming back to look at the calendar girls and cannot figure out which one is Carmeh and which is Caeli.
Carmeh is on the left. Her nose is a bit longer than Caeli’s in that photo.
Carl and Sherry – so happy they stopped by. Contessa, we may still connect……we will start north March 23 or 24 and plan to come to the Isla for a couple days. But….as you know plans are made to be broken but hoping for the best.
As always great sunset pictures.
We should be here Sandy as we don’t leave till April 3rd. If you let me know that you are coming I can keep a front row site open for you.
Nothing wrong with being busy. Nice to have the visitors come by.
Fun busy that is:) Yes lots of visitors of late and more coming.
