They have it wrong…
Yesterday it was cloudy, windy and very cool so we stayed in and did chores. We could have and probably should have attended all the park activities, like the pancake breakfast, the parade, the pet parade and then the lunch complete with Canada birthday cake but we didn’t. Instead we got the house cleaned, laundry done, the girls bathed, nails trimmed, etc and some yard work completed. So glad we did because today is the perfect day. We have blue sky, not even the wisp of a cloud and of course lots of sun.
They have the forecast all wrong....
Even the Government forecast from the airport has it all wrong....
Colin was up and gone at 6:00AM because the weather is finally perfect for all the photo shoots that have been piling up for weeks. He will be putting in some 18 hour days for the next four days or so and I am so happy about it. We need to get some invoicing done so we can get some money in so we can hit the road for Mexico….well you know how it goes! Money in = trip to Mexico, sooner than later!
There was an RV fire at the Canadian border yesterday. It seems that someones RV caught fire while waiting in the long lineup to cross into the US.
This is the only photo I could find of the incident but I feel so sorry for the owners, not a way to start a holiday!

Hilde looks so much like my Skittlez. I just love her. Those big sad eyes. That is sad about the RV at the border catching on fire. Sure seems to be a lot of that lately. That is not a good thing. Glad your weather is cooperating. Ours is beautiful here in MT today.

Never count on the weather forecast, we just do it anyway and make the best of it, Colin now is a different story, no work, no money, no Mexico, not a tough decision eh?
