Papa Murphy’s
Papa who? Not my papa! Maybe the pizza guy’s papa.
Papa Murphy’s is a fabulous pizza place. The idea here is that you pick up your pizza and bring it home to cook. I’m sure it has been around for a while but it is new to us. Someone recommended it to us a few months ago and we haven’t had any other pizza brand since. You can either pre order by phone or simply go into the store and order. If they aren’t too busy it only takes a few minutes. There are many options in size and in choices of toppings. Everything is measured or weighed so you are guaranteed the same great taste each time.
What I really like are the coupons. There are always discounts available and many buy one & get one 50% off. Then there are the weekly specials. A huge family size pizza for $16.00, such a deal. Leftovers for lunch for sure! There are even extra coupons online. Because you are taking and baking it yourself there are no taxes added. We really really like this pizza.
I forgot to mention that all the ingredients are fresh, nothing frozen. There is some bad news though! Papa Murphy’s is not available everywhere. I know it is here in B.C. and in Alberta and about 37 US states but the rest of you will just have to go online and check if there is one in your area.
By the way I am not being paid to do this promo, it is just really great pizza. Try it for yourself. It was the perfect dinner for us last night.

I am probably one of the very very few people in this country who have never eaten a piece of pizza. I don’t eat cheese (I don’t like cheese) but I do know my hubby sure likes these. And I will bake one up for him.
Sandie, when I was young a refused to eat pizza, it became an acquired taste in my 20’s. Then we became strict vegans for a number of years and so no pizza. Since we started the long rving over the winter we added cheese and other dairy back into the mix an I am so happy.
Marty…maybe you could open a franchise in Mazatlan!!
We LOVE Papa Murphy’s here too :0) It is a gret way to feed a bunch of teenage boys.. and it is so yummy! We have one here in little Belgrade, MT and there is also one 10 miles away in Bozeman.
Millie……I can see how P would be of great benefit in your house:)) It IS good and not greasy or fatty plus I just love the fresh veggies
Susie….you have to try it soon
Al…thanks so much for confirming my find. Maybe you could start a franchise but then that wouldn’t be retirement, eh!
Loook,s yummy!! Will check our area!! Bon Apetite!!!
Our favorite pizza too!
Hi Contessa:
We met a couple in Mexico who own a Papa Murphy’s franchise in Alaska, we went through the details of how the pizza making process works when we met them in Alaska a couple of years ago. We were very very impressed with the quality control, details of how everything is prepared and measured and so on. The quality of the PM pizza you cook at home is better than what you get at a regular Pizza place.
It’s unfortunate that there no franchises here in eastern Canada
So, dearie, you sound soooo much better. How are you doing? If you are well enough to eat pizza and then do a post about it, that’s pretty good!
We bought Papa Murphy’s all the time when we lived in Washington, yum!
Hugs, Nancy
