What’s wrong with this picture?

I had asked Colin to pull out my beige sandals as we were rushing out the door!

Fortunately I looked down and saw the problem.

    Once, years ago, when I was singing with the Sweet Adelines, we were in a makeshift changing room dressing for the after-show party. One of the girls poked me and said, “I must have been in a real hurry!” She had packed a pair of shoes alright-same style, but one was black and one was navy! She shrugged, slipped them on and went to the party. Gotta love a good sport!
