Laid back Monday
The day started with a 90 minute massage for me. Colin spent that time playing. Once I showered and my hair was dry we headed over to the Mercardo in Centro. Last year Colin suggested that we once again exchange a few Christmas gifts ( we haven’t for several years ). It certainly added extra fun to the day to the day last year. So we spent Monday afternoon shopping for gifts to each other.
I was shopping too intensely to take any other photos but this one. Christmas is certainly in the air 🙂
We returned home shortly before sunset. I now know that the market starts to close at 4PM but we had almost all the time we needed, well at least I did.
I spotted this fisherman setting out his net.
I hope he had a good catch.
It was pizza night. Once the crust is semi baked I put on the tomato sauce, then the Yves veggie pepperoni, mushrooms and pineapple and of course cheese.
It really was a laid back Monday.

Another wonderful day in paradise and a tasty looking pizza sounds excellent.
Every time I make that pizza I say that it was better than last time 🙂
Try refried beans mixed with salsa as a base some time…delicious!
