Looking down the beach we saw some unusual activity and decided to check it out. Of course we let our good friends Laura & Alan in on the action.
Turns out it was a car club based in Mazatlan and they were filming a video.
This is the stick shift for the car shown above.
Those girls kept dancing on the spot and smiling for several hours. The fellow on the right is holding a large camera.
The paint job wrapped around the sides of the truck as well.
This group of six vehicles had come in at sunset the night prior. I don’t know if this is where they spent the night.
This fellow made himself very comfortable in the sand.
The dancing and filming continued but we headed to the embarcadero end of the beach for a wee walk. The day started out overcast and cool but turned into a lovely afternoon.
Some beach activity I caught on our way back to the RV.
The Mexican equivalent of food trucks.
So many activities to chose from here on the Isla.
The car club were positioning themselves on the beach at low tide.
They ever so slowly drove along the beach as a drone captured the movement. Likely the video will be sped up to make for an interesting movie.
So ends yet another interesting day here on the Isla.

What a fun day on the isla, nice to see the locals enjoying it as well.
Yes, because the road is now paved these type of vehicles are able to be here as well as many others.
Always something to see! Wonderful sunset picture.
You are correct, always something to see, large or small. Every sunset is unique and special.
Whomever owns that truck with the gun stick shift is just asking for trouble, that or he is a gangbanger already. Neat trucks though
I won’t comment on the implication of that stick shift but yes very different. It was a fun event.
At least they and you were all having fun.
Using that Rifle for a Shifter was the best use that I’ve seen yet.
Be Safe and Enjoy the Tropical Weather.
It’s about time.
It really was a fun and spontaneous day on the beach.
