Early Saturday morning I headed back to power wash two patios for friends who were arriving Sunday. It took longer than expected but it sure was nice to see that dirt disappear. Yes I know, I was standing for all that time but I just wanted to get it done. Colin did come and help me at the end.
We had received the name and phone number for a chiropractor in Mazatlan that was recommended to us by Erik, the RV tech. Colin called and was told that she could see me in a few hours. So we headed towards Mazatlan via the embarcadero and the lancha. A bit of a traffic jam. These two smaller horses have been going up and down the beach selling rides to kids.
Dr. Rosa Lopez Gandar has a wall full of diplomas.
She has been in business for thirty years.
She did a variety of tests and long story short declared that my right leg was an inch longer. Dr. Rosa spent an hour with me and did a variety of tests and a few treatments. I have exercises to doing very day and should be icing every hour. I will see her again on Tuesday. Oh, and no walking!
She suggested that my body was low in Vitamin B12 and prescribed five intramuscular injections every two days. She sent Colin out to pick up the prescription while she treated me and then gave me my first injection. 10,000mcg of B12, 100mg of B1 and 50mg of B6 in each shot.
Naval vessels and tuna boats.
We never tire of the ride back to the peace of the Isla.
We dropped off our laundry for the week and saw this unusual line of laundry as we drove back to the RV park.
We saw this older RV parked at the side of the road, for sale! Such a long overhang.

Doesn’t look as if the long R.V. has taken out any gas pumps or solid items….
It had been sitting in an empty lot for about 5 years and now is out on the street.
It looks like that Chiropractor is quite professional, I hope you get some relief. It usually takes me a couple of treatments from the Chiro before I feel any different, sometimes worse first.
Thank you for this information. Always stressful to see a new therapist.
Nice that you got in fo an adjustment hope things ok out better for you and soon feeling better.
It was a totally different adjustment than what we are used to in Canada. I am seeing her again tomorrow morning.
Being able to stand so long must have been a good feeling. Hopeful the injections and the visits help quickly.
Actually walking is okay but standing is painful.
A friend of mine had a knee replacement that made one leg longer than the other. That led to hip problems from the unbalanced walking. Makes me glad i did both knees the same day. I hope whatever is causing your imbalance can be fixed.
I think that imbalance is caused by my body being out of sync. When I had my second hip replaced I told the surgeon that he had to make sure that my hips were even before he sewed me up. They were!!
