Almost too busy to post….

Yesterday was basically a drying out day.  Colin thought while the ground was wet it was perfect time to clean, bleach and then power wash our awning.

One bonus, it rained so hard that we don't need to clean the roof! Now the awning will be rolled up till we leave in April and stay clean.

Our first beam was installed.

We were surprised to note that they mitered the 2 beams together. Good workers.

The final long supporting beam....

...was 6 inches too short!!! We haven't seen our fellows since they left yesterday afternoon!

These horses were returning home at the end of the work day when something startled them. I unexpectedly caught the action.

We did manage to relax for the rest of the evening.  Today has been poco loco and looks to be getting a bit more busy just when we thought it would end.  Oh well…..after all the hunting we did today, yes hunting you’d think we could stop and just rest….well Colin will, as he is getting a massage this afternoon then we have to run out.  Be sure to tune in tomorrow for the story of today’s hunting expeditions.

The boat was just going out at sunset last night. Fishing perhaps!?!
