A quiet day on the Isla!
Very quiet here today. Two couples have got in for the Sunday afternoon symphony featuring Bach. Not only is Colin gone but our friends from Vernon have moved into Mazatlan Centro. She has had a challenge with the wind and the colder days and after a few days in hospital with bronchitis and a touch of pneumonia they decided to move somewhat inland:) while she recuperates. Their RV is still here for them to enjoy every now and then, kind of like a beach cabin! We had a USA 38′ motorhome come in to stay for a month, so our front row is full.
I have been sneezing the last 2 days so this morning I moved my chair into our back yard out of the ocean breeze.
Colin is having a great time in Culiacan, staying up till 3 AM everyday playing guitar and chatting. He always comes back with a huge Spanish vocabulary.
The girls and I just finished the big beach walk, they are sleeping and I am hungry so time for lunch and being as it is Sunday I shall treat myself to a glass of vino blanco.

Your plants/flowers are beautiful, one of the benefits of staying in one place for a few months.
Jean…..we have done the week to week and location to location but I am really enjoying being in one place for a few years. It won’t be forever.
Nancy….milles gracias once again…thanks for the link and the info. Salud!
Connie…how very very special to be so connected across the miles……you are right life is good!
Elaine & Rick….I am now enjoying the back yard……Mom is hanging in….I think Monday some decisions will be made!
The concert was fantastic, did you know you can watch the whole thing on: http://www.culturamazatlan.com/culturatv/ I think it stays there until the next performance and then the same link for the next one. They added a 5 pm concert next Sunday since the other one sold out.
I’m going to go pour a glass of vino tinto, here’s a “salud” to you.
Love your view – your landscaping is so pretty! What happens when you leave there – I mean with all your plants – does someone take care of them for you? Funny thing, I’m in snowy PA enjoying your beach view, listening to the concert, thanks to Nancy, and having some Shade Mountain wine from our local winery. Life is good!
Looks like the fur kids enjoy the back yard.

Tomorrow he will travel to Isla de la Piedra in the morning; and, later, you will be happy because your lover will be with you.
