HAPPY CANADA DAY
Yesterday we did a bit of decorating.
Waiting for the parade to pass by. This is the first one here in the park since July 2019.
Neighbours and their grandchildren.
The sign says BEE KIND.
There was a good deal of creativity. So glad that it was a lovely morning.
Can you see that squirt of water come up and directed to me? The cart before this one and this one kept shooting off water bazookas. I was drenched twice as was my camera. Not funny.
I want a hat like that for the girls.
For those who were interested there was a pancake breakfast, then a BBQ lunch after the parade. There was live music, face painting, hair beading, a watermelon eating contest, crafts another activities. We enjoyed the parade and are spending the rest of the day relaxing.

That is quite the parade! Good to see people getting out and celebrating.
Contessa, love the parade, so colorful & as U said so creative; unfortunately some people are inconsiderate, squirting H2O is a bit on the rude side. Glad U guys had fun. The pup wearing the hat is to die for, ADORABLE !!
