Too little time….
…so much to do!
I have realized I am way overbooked….between Feb. 16 and 28th inclusive I will have had 10 functions within that 13 day time period. I may need to go back to Canada to get some rest!
A few days ago on Wednesday Colin and I went into town. While Colin had a massage I got my hair done and then he met me at Tippy Toes where he got his hair trimmed!
If you remember Deb was the author of the book we read for our last book club!!
So then we wait and wait…..a fellow blogger was to meet us there. After a 30 minute wait we headed to the Plazuela, just in case! Sure enough we found them……by the way Deb, thanks for checking it out later as they passed the salon.
Next stop was a shopping expedition….

Way too busy, you are supposed to relax are you not? Looks like a nice time anyway and oh yeah, nice hat!
George…I’d hoped that you would like the hat! Some of the to do’s include meals, pots lucks, massage, book club…..way too much.
Marjorie…..I LOVE it!
Sandie…..too much for me, if I do 2 things per week that is more than enough!
Pat…..thanks for posting! YEAH!!! I figured you would notice the bag! Maybe I should get a plainer one for him to carry for me.
Elaine….I really like my hair also, the sun was making it way too blonde. Colin got the hat but you never know I might borrow it.
Longdog2…..gracias on the hat….too busy but some are starting to head north and the goodbyes dinners are starting.
GREAT hat on both of you!!!!!!
Waaay to busy for me. I’m tired just thinking about it. But I bet you have fun while it’s all happening. Love the hat.

Looks and sounds like you are continuing to have a great time. Nice hat–looks good on both of you.
Hola Amigos, OMG Contessa thats our favorite place to purchase sombreros, my Papa always buys Sombreros from that shop to bring back to the states and I believe thats the best in town as well even though you didnt write the name of the shop I can recognize the furniture and is it a few blocks away from Centro? A very nice guy is in charge, I am sure is the same one, very exciting. Thanks for sharing Amigos. Take care & Blessings 🙂
Hola Angie,
Yes that is the name on the receipt. The fellow’s name is Victor Agustin Cazares Tirado and it is on Av Angel Flores, #920!
I am amazed that you recognized the shop from the photos. It is a great place.
Sombreria Cazares. Thats the name.
Contessa, If you ever visit Mazatlán in the rainy season you will know why the high curbs here and there. We have friends who run home to move their car if it starts to rain and their curbs are hip-high in front of their house! When the busses go by the wake can make the water slosh under their door!
I can’t even imagine what it was like at their house than night when we got 9 inches of rain in about 4 hours last August!
Glad you had fun but you need to put your feet up, girl!
